Once payment is confirmed, it typically takes 1 to 3 business days to prepare your robot. Our team will get in touch as soon as it is ready for pickup or dispatch.

Our robots are classified as DG goods due to their lithium batteries, which means shipping requires special documentation. Once you place your order, our team will work with the shipping company to provide you with an accurate quote based on your country and location.

Yes, pickup is available from our showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time. Find us on Google Maps.

Every purchase includes 12 months of online support from the RoboHub team. We also facilitate warranty support including hardware repairs and replacements. To get you up and running, we schedule onboarding training and provide video guides. If you require on-site support, this is available at an additional cost.

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. We observe UAE public holidays and will be closed on these dates. For any queries outside of support hours, you can submit a ticket through our online portal and we will get back to you on the next working day.

Can I extend my support package beyond 12 months?
Can I extend my support package beyond 12 months?
Yes, you can renew your Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) upon expiry. Renewal is subject to management approval following an inspection of the robot. Please note that the renewed AMC covers support only and does not include replacements or spare parts.
