Shipping policy

1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after full payment is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of the Goods/Services and will be communicated upon order confirmation. RoboHub Robotics Trading LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping charges, if applicable, will be outlined in the invoice. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Verification Upon delivery, the customer or their authorized representative must inspect the Goods and sign off on receipt. Any damages or discrepancies must be reported immediately to info@robohub.ae.

5. Failed or Missed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of an authorized recipient, re-delivery charges may apply.
