- Inclusive of 1-year warranty support, covering technical assistance online or at Expert Hub Robotics & RoboHub Location.
- Second-year support is available under an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at 12% of the original robot invoice value.
- Onsite support, if required, will incur additional charges depending on the customer’s location and service scope.

- No shipping or delivery charges for orders picked up from our Al Quoz / Sheikh Zayed Road showroom.
- Shipping charges and delivery time will be defined as per the delivery location in UAE.
- For deliveries outside the UAE, shipping will be charged at actual cost as provided by the shipping company.

It covers on-site navigation mapping or remapping to re-establish movement paths and delivery accuracy. A video of the area must be provided before scheduling the technician visit. If the service location is outside Dubai, additional travel charges will apply based on the destination.
This support ticket is for customers who have purchased robots from RoboHub.
